5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased.
If a service is canceled by The Soul Compass, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
All sales are final.
